Happy Birthday + Birthday invitations!

This is my first time doing invitations card for customer Birthday invitation for a 2 years old girl, Lourdes! As her birthday party is one with a cupcake theme, her Mum requested for a cupcake invitation card

In addition to the invite, I was also asked to make cupcake tags for Lourades and her friends who will be celebrating her birthday with her! Do you think its very cute?

The above photo of the tag is not complete, the finishing touches haven been added when the photo was taken. Glossy accent was added to the cherry to make it look more real.

The completed tags and invite are packed and ready to be mailed out!

BIG size guitar card

Hi hi! Sorry for the lack of updates. Haven been free enough to upload photos and post them on the blog plus my lousy laptop doesn’t help very much!  I finally got a new laptop at the latest COMEX fair! woohoo! no more excuses to not post new creations by peanutos! yay!

This is a card that was made for Agnes for her boyfriend who loves to play the guitar. In fact, he teaches guitar. so cool. I’ve been like trying to learn the guitar since my University days… till now… still half bucket. no talent in it.. ahahhaa…

Birthday card in the shape of an electric guitar! Cool?

I used hard cardboard to make the long handle and the body of the guitar. afterwhich i pasted purple foam over the body of the guitar (the purple part in the photo above).  the orange and white lines and red circles are all cut from foam and affixed to the purple foam base.

yes...the "Guitar" can be opened!!!!

It's blank inside 'cause Agnes wanted to decorate the inside of the guitar herself with photos and alphabet stickers
